These terms apply to work carried out by Coopers Interiors, run by Liam Cooper, Teddington, TW11. Your written quote sets out the specific scope, price and timing for your job and takes priority over these general terms.

Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote covers only the work described in it. Coving is not offered.

Changes to the work

If you ask for extra work, or hidden problems are found once work starts (for example failing plaster behind paper), we will explain and agree any change in price with you before going ahead.

Payment

We accept bank transfer, debit or credit card, and cash. Payment terms are confirmed on your quote.

Guarantee

Coopers Interiors offers a written workmanship guarantee. Ask Liam for its duration, scope and exclusions before agreeing the work.

Insurance

Coopers Interiors holds £1,000,000 public liability insurance.

Your responsibilities

Please give reasonable access to the work areas and let us know about any known issues such as damp, asbestos or fragile surfaces before work starts.

Cancellation

If you cancel after agreeing a quote, please tell us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
