Coopers Interiors, Teddington: Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Coopers Interiors (“we”, “us”), run by Liam Cooper and based in Teddington, TW11, handles personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details of the work you need. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a quote, carry out and invoice work you agree to, and keep records we are legally required to keep. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are handled through ScaleSuite / GoHighLevel so we can reply. The enquiry form and Google Maps load regardless of your optional-cookie choice and may receive browser and connection information under their own policies. ReputationHub reviews load only when you accept optional cookies. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing by third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting work, and financial records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email coopersinteriors@outlook.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We remember your cookie choice using necessary browser storage. Optional review services stay blocked until you accept optional cookies. The enquiry form and maps remain available regardless of this choice; their providers may use their own cookies and similar technology. You can reject or change your optional-cookie choice in Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.
